Lovely Clusters

I just discovered this lovely little site Lovely Clusters. They have some really pretty jewelry pieces that I have fallen in love with. I love each of these. And they are so reasonably priced.

I'm starting to wear gold tones in jewelry a bit more and would love to add some of these to my jewelry box.

What I Wore Wednesday

Hello Wednesday and What I Wore Wednesday.

I am posting pictures of what I have worn a few days this week. It' s a sea of grey's and blacks. I guess it's mirroring my mood. I am still battling a cold, just the feeling run down part and I just don't have much energy to think about what I am wearing. So I have been turning to easy pieces.

There are some styles that I see that I don't know that I could pull off, and quite frankly where I would wear them, but occasionally I see something that appeals to me.

I love this look. It's very fresh and pretty and soft. I love all of these colors and I really like them together. Surprised?! I am.

I want this and need to find a reason and a place to wear it. The only problem is I already have so many clothes I don't have a place and enough reason to wear them. Hmmm. Maybe a dilemma.

Lovin this stripe rug

Have I mentioned that I like stripes? Smile! I love anything striped. And I love this stripe rug from Shades of Light.

This one would be perfect in my dream beach cottage

Scenes from the weekend

Happy Monday!

What a long weekend to an even longer week. After a week of travel I came home sick with an awful head cold. I think I was suppressing it while we were away. Well, on Saturday I accompanied my little one to a day camping trip with her girl scout troop, with an awful cold. While she had a lot of fun, crafting, zip line-ing, playing, and just hanging out with her friends, I on the other hand was miserable. No place to sit or lie down for that matter, it rained most of the day and the accommodations were just not for me.

While not the best of times I did enjoy being with my little girl for another memorable experience for her.




Happy 100 years Girl Scouts!

And Fortunately my cold is just about out of here!

Cottage Style via Apartment Therapy

Well, it's no secret that I love cottage style. I came across this great cottage on Apartment Therapy and thought that I had to share it. I love everything about it. I think the thing I love most about cottage style is that it's so comfortable. I could move in to this house as it is and be right at home. I love it.












































Oh hardwood floors, How I Love Thee! and the neutral palette, textures, dreamy-cozy back porch. Really nice!
