A lifestyle perspective from a forty something. I love all things beach, interior design, flea markets, jeans and t-shirts, white wine and Starbucks. Life is good in my forties and I wanted a place to share the things that I love and these great experiences.

Scenes from the weekend
Hello Monday and Hello the last week of summer.
What do you do to cap off the summer?
We will probably try to hit the beach this week and do our annual summer craft that we started last summer. I do a stepping stone with my daughter. By the time she leaves for college I will have a small patio's worth.
We had a great weekend. A low key weekend. The kind of weekend that doesn't go by so fast.
We went to see a local production of Peter Pan. Our little town has a really great theatre and they put on a great production of the classic story. We thought it would be great, a little local culture, for our little lady. She loved it and we all had a really great time. And the production was fantastic. After the show we went to a nice dinner at our neighborhood clubhouse and made it home before the rain came.
They would let us take pictures but I tried to sneak a few with my camera phone. Sorry for the picture quality. I just thought it would be fun to share what I could.
And a hair cut. I had been growing my hair out of several months but decided this weekend to cut it back short. Not sure if I'm happy about my decision I was kinda liking it in the simple bob that it was in, but that is what happens, I get bored and I really like short hair. It's just easier. We'll see where I go from here but for now it's a good thing I like short hair.
I went from this....
to this.....
hmmmm.....
Have a great week.
