Neckace - Lisa Leonard Designs - Happy Birthday to ME!

It's interesting taking pictures of yourself. Things can sometimes look completely different in pictures than they do in the mirror. I actually changed wedding dresses because of how I looked in my original one in a picture. It just wasn't how I wanted to look for my wedding photos. The dress was bought and paid for and the alterations completed. I bought the dress in Kentucky and my mom wanted to take pictures of me. I flew home with the dress so excited. A few weeks later she sent me the pictures and I had a breakdown. I didn't like the way I looked in it in the pictures. I went the next week and bought a new one off the rack and LOVED it! A picture tells a thousand words for me.

  2. I completely agree about pictures, weird isn't it. You look great, love the dress and the outfit with the green top. I also love your hair, it makes me want to get mine cut! Thanks for posting.

  3. You look great! I love all your outfits - and your hair, like the previous commenter said. And I really love that you're standing on a chair for your photos! I need to do that... my bathroom would be the best spot to take the photos, but I didn't even think of using a chair!
