Isn't this lovely? I love paper garlands. They are such a simple inexpensive way to add a bit of decoration to your home. I love this green one from belladrummer on Etsy. It's very fresh and simple. It would be beautiful draped over a mirror in just about any room. I am planning on snagging this one to go with my spring decorations.
You can even make your own. Just pick up some scrap booking paper in a favorite pattern and color. Trace and cut out the circles in varying sizes. Glue together by sandwiching the string between two circles of the same size. Vary the circles and patterns as you are creating garland to create interest. It's somewhat time consuming but is very easy.
